Inflatable rescue boat bidding

Our company produced inflatable rescue boats for Indonesia government, Philippine bidding, Pakistan bidding and Domestic government. Inflatable rescue boat normally use 1.0mm hypalon(828 type,1100 Dtex) or 1.25mm hypalon(866 type,1670 Dtex) for tubes, and aluminum deck. Regular boat size is 360cm, 430cm,470cm and 600cm.Their specification data is as below:

  There are three kinds of boat tube design for inflatable rescue boat.

Hypalon tubes are hand glued by experienced craftsmen who have to first grind every scene before starting assembly and then apply multiple layers of adhesive. All this procedures are operated under strict temperature and humidity conditions(normal temperature is around 25-26℃,and humidity could not over 70%RH). Every boat would have at least 36 hours air testing after the tube is made out, After boat is finished, we would have at least 48 hours testing for inflated boat.
